Post-construction cleaning is its own trade. We run three tiers — rough, final, and sparkle — and we do them on our own projects and as a stand-alone service for builders and GCs. Because we're the crew that finished the walls, we know where the dust hides.
Three tiers, priced separately
Rough clean happens after drywall and before flooring — bulk debris out, HVAC returns filtered, floors swept. Final clean happens after flooring and paint — wipe-downs, vacuum, window interiors, appliance interiors. Sparkle clean is the day before hand-off — everything a walk-through with a homeowner touches.
For builders and GCs
We hold Certificates of Insurance and coordinate with your superintendent on schedule. We're used to being the last trade off the job — and we treat the punch list like it's our own.
