/// Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy floors — garages, basements, workshops.

Prepped concrete, primer, base, decorative flake, clear topcoat — floors that survive real use.

Epoxy Floors — AAA Construction Services

Epoxy fails on prep. If the concrete isn't ground open and cleaned to the pore, coatings peel — usually within a season. We diamond-grind, vacuum, patch cracks, prime, coat, flake and topcoat. The floor lasts.

Why most epoxy floors fail

Rolled-on 'garage kit' epoxy peels because the concrete under it was never opened up. Coatings need a mechanically abraded surface to bond to — that means diamond grinding, not acid etching, not pressure washing.

Our system

Diamond-grind the slab. Vacuum. Chase cracks with a flexible epoxy filler. Prime. Broadcast decorative flake into a wet base coat. Clear topcoat with a slip-additive if the floor is exposed to water. The result is a floor you can drag a jack across.

What's included

  • Diamond-grind prep, not acid etch
  • Flexible crack repair before coating
  • Decorative flake broadcast into wet base
  • Clear topcoat with optional slip additive
  • Cure schedule respected — no early walk-on damage

/// Questions

Common questions.

How long before I can park on it?+

Foot traffic in 24 hours, vehicles in five to seven days depending on temperature and humidity.

Will it hold up to a hot car tire?+

Yes. Our topcoats are rated for hot-tire pickup — the kit-store products aren't.

Can you do a basement gym?+

Yes — same system, matte topcoat with slip additive is standard for gyms.
