Most contractors in North Atlanta do painting or cleaning, drywall or cabinets. AAA Construction Services was built specifically to run a project from Level 5 drywall through the sparkle clean — one crew, one point of accountability.
Our story
AAA Construction Services was founded to solve a specific problem: on a finish job, the seams between trades are where quality falls apart. The painter blames the drywall crew, the drywall crew blames the framer, the cleaner shows up after everyone else is gone. We built a crew that owns the whole finish stack — Level 5 walls, painting, cabinets, wood coatings, wallpaper, epoxy floors and the post-construction clean.
The result: no handoffs, no finger-pointing, no chasing three subcontractors to close a punch list. One crew, from the first coat of joint compound to the day you turn the key.
What we won't do
- Roll trim instead of spraying it
- Paint cabinets with wall paint
- Skip masking to save an hour
- Quote Level 4 finish where the job needs Level 5
- Leave a chimney cap unpainted because the client won't see it
Licensed & insured
AAA Construction Services is licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. Certificates of Insurance are available on request for builders, GCs and property managers. All work is guaranteed and every project ends with a documented punch-list walk-through.
