/// Exterior Painting

Exterior painting, limewash & masonry coatings.

Repaints, limewash, waterproofing coatings — with the masking and prep an exterior job really needs.

Exterior Painting — AAA Construction Services

Exteriors fail on prep and on masking. We pressure-wash, scrape, prime bare wood, caulk every joint, and mask every window, plant and brick surface — then we spray. The paint job you see is a fraction of the labor; the rest is what protects it.

Limewash on brick

Limewash is a mineral coating that penetrates brick and lightens it permanently — nothing like the plasticky look of painted brick. We've done multiple full-house limewash projects across North Atlanta, and we do them with custom-built shutters and new gutters as part of the same visit when the exterior needs it.

The example on our home page is a red-brick property we brought to a soft warm white, along with rebuilt shutters and new gutter and downspout runs. That's what a coordinated exterior visit looks like.

Waterproofing coatings for problem brick

Not every brick house was built with a humidity barrier. On a recent Houlsby estate we used a waterproofing paint on the brick instead of standard exterior latex — the house was built without a moisture barrier and standard paint would have failed. That's the diagnostic conversation we bring to every exterior estimate.

Chimney caps — the detail nobody sees

We paint chimney caps with rust-prevention paint on every job that needs it. If a cap rusts through and leaks, the chimney rots and eventually has to be fully rebuilt. Homeowners never see the top of their chimney. We paint it anyway.

Masking — the reason your landscaping survives

Every window is masked. Every roofline is masked. Every plant, every brick surface, every light fixture, every piece of stone. Overspray on landscaping is the fastest way to lose trust with a client — we mask like the job depends on it, because it does.

From the field — Limewash transformation

Full exterior limewash repaint plus custom-built shutters and new gutters and downspouts. Before was a red-brick traditional; after reads as a soft warm-white estate.

/// Questions

Common questions.

Is limewash permanent?+

Yes. Limewash penetrates the brick surface and, once cured, is not designed to be reversed. It weathers gracefully over decades.

How long does an exterior repaint take?+

A typical home is one to two weeks depending on siding type, prep needs and weather. We work around forecast rain.

Can you replace shutters and gutters too?+

Yes — we custom-build shutters and swap gutters and downspouts as part of the same visit when it makes sense.

What about my landscaping?+

We mask every plant we're spraying near and coordinate with your landscaper if we need to prune anything back. Nothing gets overspray.
